Within this integrated facility, we provide complete mold component solutions from start to finish, covering every stage of the process from raw material preparation to precision machining, assembly, and final inspection. We are capable of processing large mold plates up to 3.5 meters with machining accuracy of 0.005mm (average 0.01mm). With a monthly output of more than 3,000 sets, we ensure fast delivery within 35 days.
To guarantee quality and reliability, all products undergo 100% inspection using Hexagon 3D CMM and are managed through an ERP-based production system to secure on-time delivery and full traceability.
