HUAXUAN HIGH TECHNOLOGY® KH-204
Is a new version high-performance polycarboxylic superplasticizer. Compared with other high efficiency water-reducing agents,it has the properties of ultra-high water reduction,low shrinkage,low bleeding rate and small avalanche loss.
Ultra-high water reducing rate:up to 40%,particularly significant in high-grade concrete (above C50).In the same condition,it costs less material to get the same effect.
Excellent plastic retention:
Excellent plastic retention performance: Because the steric hindrance of the extended polymer side chain effectively hinders the secondary agglomeration between cement particles, the product has high dispersion and can maintain this performance for a long time.
Good early strength and strengthening effect: under the same conditions, the concrete mixed with this product has a higher early strength and strengthening effect than other types of superplasticizers.
Significantly improve the durability of concrete: The product has a low alkali content, and because it’s an air-entraining type high efficiency water reducing agent, it significantly reduces the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete and improves the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete.
Stability: The concrete shrinkage and creep properties will be effectively improved after adding the product,in the meanwhile, it gains a good stability, so there are lower risks of cracks.
