EC21's Global Buyer Directory contains information on approximately 3 million overseas buyers.
Trade PRO members can send 60 trade proposals per day, up to 600 per month, to global buyers.
Enter your desired English keywords in the Global Buyer Directory and press the Search button to instantly find matching buyer information.

- Free members can see the number of search results for buyers matching their keywords.
However, the company names and some buyer information will be masked by asterisks.
After upgrading to a premium membership, all buyer information will be fully visible.

Post 500 product listings
Trade PRO members can post up to 500 products.
Moreover, products registered by Trade PRO members appear at the very top of product search results.

- After registering your product information, you can also modify or delete it.
- When posting product information, entering important keywords in the Product Name field will make it easier for buyers to find your products in searches.

Top Level Priority Search Listing
Your information (company name, product information) will be displayed at the very top of search results.
Studies show that over 80% of buyers check only the first 1-2 pages of search results, so Trade PRO products that appear at the top receive more inquiries from buyers.

- Within overall search results, the ranking order is Trade PRO > Trade OK > Basic Member.
- Within the same membership level, if the search keywords entered by the buyer match a word in your product name, your product will be displayed first. Therefore, please enter important words related to the product in the product name.
- Information with product images or a Trade Verify mark will be displayed before information without. Trade PRO members can register 8 images per product.
- Information updated most recently will be prioritized in search results. Therefore, if you update (or Repost) your products once every week or month, your products will be displayed before other Trade PRO members' products.

Professional Storefront Design Service
If you send your product data to EC21, a professional designer will post the product on your *storefront on your behalf.
The storefront created by our professional designers can be used as a professional website to showcase your company and products.
* Storefront is a mini website that is created when you make a EC21 membership registration.
- Contact us: Send us information of up tp 20 product items
- Creation Time: Approximately 1-2 weeks

- Modification requests are possible after the storefront is created.
- Even after the premium service period expires, the registered products and website design will remain as they are.
- If you register products yourself, you can register up to 500 items. However, the materials you send to the designer take time for tasks such as image editing, so the Storefronts Design service is limited to up to 20 items.

Business Proposal Design by Professional Web Designers
Are you overwhelmed by sending emails to buyers?
If you send EC21 the text of your trade proposal to overseas buyers, our designers will format it as a professional looking HTML file that you can use to send to leads and potential buyers.
- A professional designer will create a trade proposal as an HTML file.
(Materials to send: A4 size 1-2 pages, in formats such as Word, or PowerPoint)
- How to use : Copy the contents of the completed HTML file (ctrl+c) and paste it into the email body (ctrl+v) and send it to the desired buyer.

Credit Report Service
If you are contacting a potential buyer and wondering if they are genuine, use the Credit Report service.
When purchasing individually, the cost is USD 99 per Credit Report.
Trade PRO members can use the service 3 times a year for free.

- Investigation typically completed in 2-7 days (business days) in any country
- Investigators in 230 countries directly contact the target company
- 3 types of Report options: Select options from simple authentication checks to detailed reports
- Provides high-quality credit investigation services at prices suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises
- The same rates apply to any country
- Trade PRO members can use Quick-Rate, one of the three types of credit investigation, 3 times.
- To apply, click the "Request Credit Report" button at the bottom left of MyEC21 → Basic Service and enter the other party's company name, phone number, and country.
- The party being investigated will not know that you are conducting a credit investigation.

Online Advertising Service
The company information and product information registered by Trade PRO members are not only displayed at the top of the search results, but also advertised on the following pages:

If you send us one of your representative products as a Trade PRO member, we will post the product for 8 weeks.

Company Verification (TradeVerify) Page
and Verified Mark Placement
According to a survey, more than 70% of buyers agreed that finding a reliable seller is the most important thing. With a TradeVerify mark, you can instantly reassure your potential customers of your company's legal existence and reliability.
The TradeVeriry mark appears with all search results, such as company and product, and is also displayed in the upper right corner of the storefront.

Statistical Data and Industry Trends
If you click the Premium Service menu at the top of MyEC21 and move to the Statistics menu on the left, you can see various statistics such as total page views, page views by country, number of inquiries received, number of product clicks and the country clicked, and keywords frequently entered by buyers.
