LGP(Light Guide Plate)

The light source of the lamp at the side of the light guide plate comes inside of the light guide plate using unique acrylic print or V-cutting method. After meeting the reflection sheet at the end of the light guide plate, the light is scatteredly reflected to the front side. In order to reflect equalized lights and present clear image on the screen, little amount of diffusion materials are used at the parts near the lamp and more diffusion materials are used at the parts far from the lamp.

V-cutting technology engraving V-shape grooves at the back of the light guide plate for scattered reflection is used because it is possible to develop the product in a short time. The diffusion pattern density is high around the light source of the light guide panel because there are many proceeding lights; however, the diffusion pattern density is low in other parts far from the light source because there are less proceeding lights.

LED is storehouse element that use energy emission by potential difference as P/N union diode. That express life more than 50,000 hours and colorful color and is brightness, the application extent is widening gradually by each kind lighting, electric scoreboard, indicator etc. by authoritativeness etc.
