Aluminum Access Floor is a product purely made of aluminum alloy, which has the advantageous characteristics of being corrosive resistant, great intensity and high surface loading capacity. Besides, the floor panel has a perfect luster and dimensional accuracy, thus creating a must comfortable working environment. All essential accessories are dexterously bound up so that the raised floor becomes sound insulated against foot traffic and could avoid horizontal vibration of floor. The floor panel itself is strong enough to withstand the weight of any equipment or furniture that are placed on, and the space created by pedestals in between the floors are sufficient to accommodate a tangle foliage of cables. Therefore the problem you encounter in laying cable could be solved any moment. In addition to this, other possible defects such as humidity, dampness, electrostatic charge or electric field can be obviated.

Aluminum Perforated panel is widely used in clean rooms (e.g. top class air clean laboratory, semi-conductor workshop and hospital operation room). For the places where need air flow, in order to avoid the over-heat from equipments, or cold current. Perforated panel can be used together with solid panel, could bear heavy loading. Aluminum perforated panel open ratio have 3 types: 25%, 50%, 55%. Work together with damper, the open ratio could be adjusted from 0% to 25%, 50%, 55%.
Surface treatment: Epoxy coating or Ni-Cr plating
Covering materials can be anti-static HPL or conductive PVC. The anti static properties should be: 1×10E4Ω~1×10E10Ω.
