HUADA Color masterbatch

Nanograde dispersion quality, thanks to the Nano technology for the pigment coating. Excellent spinning ability and stability, prolong the spin pack and filters Changing cycle.

The pigments in the mono-color masterbatch are well dispersed,the average diameter of pigment particles in the color masterbatch is less than 300nm.

The pigment can be well dispersed in PP or PE with a content between 30% and 70%.

It can be used for coloring spunbond and meltblown nonwovens,coloring polymeric fibers,coloring various kinds of plastic products.

The recent acquisition by Keimei Plastifizierung Technik GmbH in Germany enables new manufacturing technologies for nano materials to be implemented into the production capabilities of the new company. It also represents an important strategic move in the world market for KEIMEI, by now having a large production base in Asia. By expanding the production capabilities and having a manufacturing facility in close proximity to Asia-Pacific customers allows for faster service and greater efficiencies in technical support.
