DG03-D Impact Sensitivity Test Apparatus

Purpose and standards

1.  This apparatus is used to test the sensitivity of solid and liquid substances to impact from a falling hammer and to determine whether the substance is too dangerous to be transported in the state tested.

2.  The impact sensitivity test apparatus complies with the following standards:

u  United Nations "Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods: Manual of tests and criteria", Section 13.4.2, Test 3(a)(2): BAM fall hammer;

u  GB/T 21567-2008 Dangerous goods - Test method for impact sensitivity of explosive substance;

u  GB/T 21848-2008 Chemical products for industrial use - Determination of explosion risk;

u  GB 5085.5 Identification standards for hazardous wastes - Identification for reactivity;

u  NY/T 1860.6 Guidelines on the determination of physico-chemical properties of pesticides - Part 6: Explosiveness;

u  National and industry standards equivalent to or adopting by equivalent to the above standards.

Functional features

1.  Adopts split design, with the test unit separated from the control unit to enhance apparatus safety;

2.  Equipped with automatic hammer lifting, dropping, and positioning functions utilizing integrated wireless remote control technology, it facilitates convenient remote operation. The key components of the drop hammer adopt an integrated design, extending service life, reducing personnel workload, and enhancing operational safety;

3.  Guide rails are equipped with measurement scales for indicating and calibrating the hammer height;

4.  Equipped with a rebound catch to prevent secondary impact, with a rebound coefficient not less than 0.4;

5.  Equipped with a wooden protective box and an exhaust system to vent explosive gases and dust;

6.  The base is fixed with cast steel for convenience and efficiency, ensuring test stability;

7.  Equipped with a red emergency stop button, which can directly cut off the power to protect the safety of testing personnel in case of accident;

8.  The testing process is automated, featuring self-inspection and alarm functions. Upon completion of the test, an automatic audible and visual reminder is provided;

9.  Supports one-click export of Excel test reports, including data, results, and analysis reports;

10.  Enables facial recognition and account password login, allowing for the setup of dual-person authentication login and featuring permission levels;

11.  The instrument employs a handheld 10.1-inch tablet for wireless remote control, pre-installed with professional operating software;

Supports both wired and wireless networking. A single computer can remotely control multiple instruments via wired or wireless networks, enabling centralized data storage and management.
