TRINIKI F320 Door & Window Pro Polyurethane Expanding Foam
F320 Doors + Windows PU Foam is ready to use, one part polyurethane foam which expands and cures through absorption of moisture in the air. It contains CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer. F320 PU foam is specifically designed for mounting doors and windows projects .

( except PE, PP and Teflon )
♦ Excellent stability, no shrinkage, long service life

♦ Excellent water and moisture resistance properties
♦ Can be painted, cut and sanded after completely cured
Direction for use:
♦ If aerosol can temperature is too low, should be put into warm water of 30°C for 15 minutes or left overnight in room temperature.
♦ Surface should be clean, free of dust, oil or grease.
♦ Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds.
♦ Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
♦ Vertical gaps should be filled from down to up.
♦ Don’t fill the entire gaps or holes, as the foam will expand in volume.
♦ When fill window or door gaps, the gaps maximum gap size should be 3cm, It should not be used in gaps than 5cm
♦ If stop the application for time over 5 minutes, remember to shake the can before continuation of work.
♦ If have to work in layers, repeat moistening after each layer.
♦ Uncured foam can be removed through using FOAM CLEANER. Cured foam only can be removed mechanically.
♦ After the foam completely cured, it should be protected from UV by silicone sealant, mortar or paint.
Notes:
♦ The can temperature should be between +5°C to +35°C.
♦ Optimal application temperature of can is +18°C ~+25°C.
♦ Temperature resistance after cured is +30°C ~+80°C.
♦ Keep away from directly sunlight and not expose temperature over 50°C.
♦ Keep away from heat, sparks, flames and static electricity. Turn off sources of ignitions
♦ Don’t burn or pierce aerosol can even after use.
♦ Keep out of reach of children.
Storage & Shelf life:
♦ I2 months unopened and stored in dry and cool condition between +5°C and +25°C.Always store can with the valve pointed upwards.
