Product Overview

The ZPR810F series of fluorine-lined butterfly valves are coated with a layer of fluoroplastic on the valve’s body(seat) and disc that comes into contact with the fluid, completely cutting off the corrosive media from the metal and effectively blocking the corrosive media from corroding all metal materials. It has good sealing performance.It can be applied to any concentration of acids, bases, salts and oxidants, reducing solvents, organic solvents and other media, and can be used in chemical, petroleum, medicine, food, paper and other production fields.

Performance Characteristics

The ZPR810F Fluorine-lined butterfly Valve features a valve body(seat) and inner parts(disc) that come into contact with the fluid, which are lined with fluoroplastic through a high-temperature molding process. Additionally, the inner cavity of the metal valve body undergoes gear machining to ensure complete bonding between the lining material and metal, thereby enhancing both service life and performance. This valve effectively isolates corrosive media from contacting the valve body while preventing any corrosion of metallic materials within it. With excellent sealing performance, high-response,precise flow characteristics, it finds extensive applications in conditions involving strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts as well as volatile and penetrative gas or liquid media.
