Features

Abrasion resistance performance;
High breaking force;
Fatigue resistant performance;
Suitable for high-lifting working.

These wire ropes are rotation resistant thanks to their two layers of wires in opposite directions, reducing the rotation torque.
The compacted wires provide increased tensile strength and resistance to abrasion.
Not suitable for working with swivels.
In accordance with the EN 12385-4 standard.
This compacted wire rope construction is available in both galvanized and ungalvanized finish with either ordinary or langs lay. The construction family includes 17X7, 18X7 and 19X7. For further flexibility and other performance characteristics we also supply 35X7, 34X7 and 24X7.

Application: They can be used in mobile crane, vessel crane, tower crane, cantilever crane, bridge crane, pile driver, hoisting rope for rotary drilling rig. It is applicable to the condition which can free rotation on one side and deep hoisting height.
