Features

- HF-10S is a mold release for non-graphite forging and pressing and a water-soluble mold releasing
- lubricant with an organic compound lubricant as principal component that forms white lubricating films
- on metal surfaces at high temperature and improves lubricating capability and mold releasing ability.
- Extends metal mold lifetime.
- HF-10S reduces friction between metal mold and processing machinery so that material can be easily
- moved and provides excellent dimensional accuracy by improving surface finish efficiency. Also
- provides excellent adiabatic effect which provides slow thermal transmission speed from high
- temperature material to metal mold surface.
- HF-10S provides excellent penetration and removes coated marks and provides flat and uniform surfaces
- because it forms a uniform coating on material surfaces. Particularly, it does not cause corrosion and
- stain because it does react chemically with materials and metal molds at high temperature.
- It has no harmful effect on humans and non-flammable.
