Production Description

DC-C20 is a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in condensation type. It’s generally named as two part silicone rubber , Part A is a flowable liquid silicone, Part B is the curing agent (Tin catalyst) . It’s mainly used for mold making.

Application

DC-C20 silicone rubber is used for making molds of concrete stone, GRC, gypsum decoration, plaster ornaments, fiberglass products, polyester decoration, unsaturated resin crafts, polyresin crafts, polyurethane, bronze, wax, candle, artificial rock and similar products.

Both Series has different hardness from 0-55 shore A. small size product with detailed pattern we suggest your use low hardness such as 10-20A,for middle or large size product with pattern you can choose 25-35A, and for big size with little detail you can use 40-50 shore A hardness.
