测量原理:

该方案的管径和长度测量设备是利用正交模型下图像像素比例进行尺寸测量的典型应用,其基本测量原理见图。

这里是一个工业相机拍摄钢管图像的例子。在图中,钢管的头在摄像机的视野中,钢管的直径D可以用摄像机场中央卡尺参考线的光暗边界点的像素值来测量。钢管的长度可以用钢管头的L1、相机边界的距离和钢管尾部来测量。

职能说明:

(1)展示内容

给出了所测钢管的理论长度、实时长度和长度偏差。该开关接口可以实时显示钢管穿孔过程的图像。

(2)软件功能

产品参数设置:可设定产品规格、正负公差等参数,尺寸过公差报警;

系统参数设置:可以设置通信端口、相机参数等.

数据存储:测量数据被自动记录,存储时间超过一年,并可查询测试部件的大小;

报警设置:可以设置报警阈值;

修正功能:进入热膨胀系数后,热管的测量可以显示正常温度尺寸;

校正功能:自动/手动校准,当误差太大时可恢复精度;

(3)报警功能

公差报警:相关数据颜色报警和声光报警.

(4)通信接口

TCP/IP协议、电缆或网络电缆传输;

rs422协议允许将测量数据传输到生产控制系统。
