QY533 Matting Agent for hybrid system

1.Description

QY533 the gloss can reach lowest 2% , widely selective for resin, and good applicability to 50/50 polyester. stable storage .

2.Technical indicators:

appearance : white to light yellow powder

Bulk density [g/l]: 390-490

Solid content[%] : ≥99%

3. Product Features

QY533 is suitable for 50/50 polyester and has a certain effect on some 60/40 polyester. One part of matting agent react with 2 parts of epoxy and is directly added to the extruder .

1. The dosage is 2-5%, and the gloss is 2.8-9.5%.

2. The surface is smooth and delicate, not yellowing.

3. The baking temperature is 200°C x 15 minutes.

4. Dosage and Usage

It is 2-5% of the total weight of the formulation,don’t exceed 5%, mixed with all other components, extruding through the extruder, please control the extrusion temperature to be consistent, and the gloss decreases with the increase of the dosage
