QY532 Matting agent for hybird system
1. Description:
QY532 matting agent is widely used in 50/50 .60/40 polyester system .gloss can reach 2.5% , don’t change the formulation, no yellowing, can reduce powder cost .

QY532 is suitable for 50/50 and 60/40 polyester system. It is directly added to the internal extrusion. It is an additive physical matting agent and does not affect the original epoxy polyester ratio of the
formulation
.
1. The dosage is 2-5%, and the gloss is 2.8-9.5%.
2. The surface is smooth and delicate, without yellowing.
3. The baking temperature is 190°Cx15 minutes.

2-5% of the total weight of the formulation, mixed with all other components, extruding through an Extruder, please control the extrusion temperature to be consistent, the gloss decreases with the increase of dosage
