Mechanical hose forming machine contains 2 machine working scopes: DN6-25/ DN 32-50mm.

The remarkable advantage of mechanical hose forming machine lies in the combination of tube mill and hose forming portion. The coil is welded into round pipe and goes directly into the hose forming head, and then comes out as flexible hose.

This kind of hose forming machine can rapidly produce massive flexible hose, and its capacity can rise up to 50m/ hr.

Mechanical super-soft hose forming machine DN6-50

German H.Witzenmann, as a inventor of the metal hose, designed the first generation of mechanical annular hose parameters. Those parameters have been strictly tested for its circle life and pressure, become the most widely used and authoritative standard in the hose industry. Around the year of 2010, FUGE developed a new mechanical hose machine DN1/4’’-2’’ based on this parameter, and became the only domestic machine manufacturer capable of forming this specification.

Hose with above specification can meet majority of daily condition, like gas, sanitary wares, fire controlling, etc. But the technical requirement to the hose has been massively increased with the hose’s extended function. Softer and more durable hose are desperately requested by the vacuum\gauges\aerospace area. That’s current trending product: Mechanical super-soft hose machine.

Hydraulic forming and compressing is the traditional technology to form super-soft hose, simple, cheap, but complex, slow and length limited.
FUGE created the super-soft hose whose pitch is reduced by 1/3 of the common hose. We mastered the top leading technology in the hose manufacturing ever since.
Super-soft hose machine utilizes mechanical forming method, jointing the welding and forming into 1 production line, and produce in automatic mode. The flexibility and bending radius is double of the common hose’s. It’s been the most effective technology to produce the super-soft hose.
The features, like strong resistance to pressure, soft flexibility, long circle life and high efficiency, make the super-soft hose a new star in the high-end hose market. More and more industries will have chance to use better hose when the production technology keeps innovation and improvement.
