1). Tube mill welding diameter: DN8-150mm and DN50-300mm, customized. 2). Tube mill applies to thickness of 0.15-1.2mm 3). Welding Speed of tube mill: 1.5-3m/min 4). FUGE tube mill is installed with auto cutter.

Tube Welding is a necessary step for hose making . At present, most Tube Mill is use for single-layer tube on the market. If you need double-layer tube , the manufacturer will put one single-layer tube into the bigger one . However, this method is laborious and limits the length of the finished tube. The longer the tube, the harder insert .

FUGE Tube Mill includes coil holder, Welding auxiliary ,welding , traction ,cutting , total 5 parts. One machine can complete single or double tube. It breaks the stereotype, one-step forming double-layer tube , no longer worry about the length.
