Rolling mill arch is the key mechanical parts of rolling equipment, roll bearing seat and roll adjustment device are installed on the arch of rolling mill, because of complex shape, large load, so the quality requirements are strict, steel casting should not have inclusion, shrinkage hole, loose, crack and other casting defects, casting is very difficult. Mill arch not only requires accurate dimensions, but also high mechanical properties of steel castings.

Processing advantages

1. Qianjin cast steel adopts Huashu CAE casting simulation software. According to the initial process, the arch is simulated and solidified, analyzed and demonstrated, and the optimization of the casting process is completed to ensure that the rolling mill arch has no shrinkage cavity, no shrinkage porosity, compact structure and good comprehensive mechanical properties.

2. The advanced cast steel adopts metamorphic treatment and argon gas blowing technology at the bottom of ladle to strictly control the quality of liquid steel, reduce the content of gas and harmful elements in liquid steel, improve the purity of liquid steel, so as to ensure the quality of rolling mill arch;

3. Qianjin cast steel adopts unique heat treatment, which greatly enhances the wear resistance and impact resistance of rolling mill arch, prolonging the service life of rolling mill arch;
