Industrial RTR System

Model CHG Butt Welds of Seamless Steel Tubes RTR System

This system is specified for the inspection of circum welding line of boiler welded pipe. It is mainly composed by X-ray machine, image intensifier, industrial TV, mechanism conveyer system and lead house and imaging system.

System parameter:

Pipe diameter: 20-80mm (CHG-G225ZD-A)/54-104mm(CHG-G225ZD-B)

Pipe thickness: 3-13mm

Rotating device: 1-6 rotation/min adjustable

Swing angle device: ±10° of swing angle can be securable for X-ray tube and image intensifier relative to welded pipe.

X-ray tube head holder: X-ray tube head can move up and down, movable distance ±150

Space resolution: >3.0 lp/mm

Real time static sensitivity: 3.0%

Sensitivity after processing: 1.6-2.0%

X-ray machine:XYD/XYG(highfrequency)-160/225/320/350 optional

Radiography unit: Digital image intensifier
