Multifunctional reciprocating classifier

It serves more purposes as cosmestics, dehumidification, de-fines, cooling and sieving, to meet customers' various requirements.

1. Working principle

We add the washing board at the feeding section, to realize polishing treatment of particles through high intensity reciprocating vibration. Besides, it is equipped with fluidized bed and air heater. Material is turning around continously on the fluidized bed for fluidization, remove moisture and fines on the particle surface under the shearing action of high-speed hot air, and eliminate electrostatic adsorption of powder by virture of ion neturalization static electricity. What's more, the discharging section is equipped with water jacket to cool by feeding cool water.
