PVC SHEET EXTRUSION LINE

1. Usage & scope of application
PVC sheet extruding line consists of conical twin screw extruder, clothes rack type mould, three-roller calendar, cooling haul rack, sheet shearing machine and other auxiliary machines. It can be used to produce all kinds of soft and hard PVC board, PVC sheet and transparent PVC sheet. It is widely used in the following fields: PVC wood plastic sheet, PVC crust foaming sheet and PVC foaming construction plate, etc.
The sheet thickness can be 0.5-10.0mm.

2. Machine characteristics
Extruding machine: conical twin screw extruder with Omron temperature control meter and frequency control, can achieve high output and high efficiency.
Clothes rack type mould adopts double throttle design to control the sheet thickness more precisely.
±1℃ temperature control can precisely control the plastification, sheet thickness and smoothness.
The three roller calendar can be horizontal, vertical or 45degree tilted, also it can freely go up and down.
Sheet thickness is controlled through screw adjustment and press roller bilateral control.
Independent roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature of press roller to make the sheet thickness even. Sheet shearing machine can precisely control the sheet length.
The sheet winder uses high torque motor to freely adjust the speed and winding tension.
The line is fixed with automatic meter counter to control the product length.
