Honeycomb ceramic regenerator

Honeycomb ceramic regenerators could enhance effieiency,save energy,increase output and improve quality,as importand and effective measure of dealing with energy and environment, they're applied on thermal equipments of energy saving in industry widely. The shapes of pores of Honeycomb ceramic regenerators are square and hexagon,and the channels of pores are straight and parallel each other. This structure reduces the resistance of passing air and enhances the heat exchange efficiency of enery channel.

Components and specifications

cordierite,mullite,silica,corundum mullite and so on;according to our clients' requirement.we could produce the products with different specifications(dimension and channel shape).

Functions

1.Reduce the thermal loss of exhause gas,and improve the efficiency of fuel to save energy as much as possible.

2.Enhance the burning temperature on theory;improve the burning atmosphere;meet the high temperature of themal equipments;enlarge low calorific value fuel,especially the application range of blast furnace;improve the efficiency of calorific value fuel;and reduce the emission of low calorific value coal gas.
