The acreage of the Luoyang storehouse is 5000m2, the large storehouse makes bystacking by different grades and category to be possible.
In order to ensure the stability of product quality, We built our own laboratory, every batch of silica fume must be tested before put in storage. When the order shipped, the test report of the product must besent to the customer.

Product Description

Microsilica fume (scientific name silica fume, Micro-silica or Silica Fume), in the smelting of ferrosilicon and industrialsilicon, silicon through the flue gas emitted by steam oxidation, the specially designed filter collected the amorphous powder like silica (SiO 2), Microsilica fume average 0.1-0.15 μ m in diameter,the size of several cement average 1.0%. Surface area for the 15-27 m 2 / g, with strong surface activity.

Silica fume in refractory enhancing the fluid of pouring refractory, reducing the volume of used water, beeasy to shape,and raising the production efficiency. because of its untramicrostructure for gap filling, the compact and intensity of refractory gain rising by a wade margin. Silica fume in refractory is a highly effective pozzolanic material,so it's easy to come into being Mullite Phase,under the premise that Al2O3 exists,enhance elevated temperature strength and thermal shock of refractory.
