Servo Shaft series tubular linear motors and modules are an ideal solution for industrial displacement control. Low wear, low noise, high speed, high precision, than the traditional ball screw has better performance and reliability, than the traditional cylinder has better control flexibility.

The patented design of Servo Shaft series tubular linear motors and modules enables the Servo Shaft to achieve 7.5 μm-10 μm resolution accuracy through built-in displacement sensors without the need for external grating, magnetic grating, etc. . The displacement signal output by the built-in displacement sensor is an incremental digital square wave signal in accordance with the Rs -422 industry standard. It is convenient for the user to use the general linear motor servo driver to drive without additional equipment.

Servo Shaft series tubular linear motors and modules are made of high-protection grade rotor and high-hardness stainless steel stator. The stator is made of high-performance rare-earth magnetic steel which forms a complete sinusoidal air-gap magnetic field. It can produce 1.5 N ~ 140 n rated thrust, and the peak thrust can reach 4.5 N ~ 420 n. The user can customize the effective travel of 5 ~ 1000mm.
