W.I.P [Warm Isostatic Press]

Ilshin Autoclave’s WIP series is an equipment (50 ~ 100ℓ) used for laminating process in semiconductor industry. We installed a heater to the reservoir tank to control a temperature(50 ~100°C). WIP consists of high pressure pump, pressure vessel and reservoir tank. The pressure vessel of WIP series is designed and manufactured according to ASME code for safety and accuracy. We also installed pressure sensor and thermocouple and applied pin closure type for user convenience. There are many specifications and models for various researches and productions.

WIP adopts same principle such as cold hydrostatic pressure press. Only different thing for WIP compared to cold hydrostatic pressure press is temperature. Generally, it WIP is being used below 100ï¿½ï¿½or up to 120ï¿½ï¿½if oil is used as pressure medium in the pressure vessel depending on different usage. Normally, it is used for manufacturing components.
