Brief introduction of WNMN

WNMN series cubic boron nitride inserts are 80° hexagonal and are ISO international standard models. Their hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance are higher than those of cemented carbide and ceramic tools, and they can be cut with high cutting speed and high hardness. (HS58-68) chilled cast iron, its cutting effect is significantly higher than that of other materials.

Common models of WNMN solid CBN inserts are WNMN080404, WNMN080408, WNMN080412, etc. Common chamfers are S02020, and other unconventional chamfers can be customized.

Common toolholder for WNMN solid CBN inserts is a 95° turning tool holder, the model is CWLNR/L, and the tool squares are 25, 32, 40, etc. WNMN solid CBN inserts can efficiently turn various cast iron and hardened steel parts, and realize grinding instead of turning. Commonly used in turning gray cast iron brake discs, gray iron brake drums, boron cast iron cylinder liners, cast iron clutches, cast iron pressure plates, gray cast iron flanges, air conditioning compressors and other typical cast iron parts.
