Product Description

This centrifuge is a solid-liquid separation machine by centrifugal force, after the revolving drum has reached to a certain speed, the material can be distributed evenly on the wall of drum by feeding pipe, and the filter liquid is discharged by pore of filter cloth installed in the drum, then drained from the outlet pipe, and the solid is left in the drum ,after  reaching a certain amount, the scraper is started to scrape the material from the drum wall, then product will be sent out by spiral transmission structure； 
This centrifuge adopts PLC control and stepless speed adjustment by frequency conversion speed controller, which energy can be consumed by dynamic braking system; this design can reach the result of even stop of centrifuge. In accordance with each preset program, feeding, separating, washing, dehydration, discharging on each speed.
This series centrifuges are widely used on suspension separating of middle size particle, special when the customer do not have a high requirement on solid crystal figure.

Main Characters

1 It adopts platform structure which bottom has liquid phase damp shock absorber, no foundation installation type, easy to install, hard to ageing, working period is long；

2  Design characteristic of bearing:
2.1 Bearing seat adopt inner and outer jacket which is easy to dismantle and maintain； 
2.2 Bearing seat machining will ensure precision of the bearing seat. Adopt Japan Toshiba CNC which has high rigid, high precision which can bear heavy load and wide operation space； 
2.3 Main shaft seal is PTFE lip seal and gas seal to ensure no leakage;

3 No stiffening rib on drum wall, whole lathe machining, surface is smooth and no dead angle, polishing density is high, running noise is low, vibration is weak；Drum is machined by Germany Schiess CNC and is with high stability, high accuracy and good flexibility which can meet all operating requirements. Direct measuring device guarantees absolute accuracy and repeat location accuracy.；

4 Lid adopts hydraulic whole lid open type, fast open and with lock device to ensure scraper discharging safety；

5 Safety protect device：over vibration protect, over current and over load protect, product level control, lid open protect(mechanical and electrical protection), scraper initial position protect, interlock protect etc to ensure safe operation of the centrifuge；

6 Whole design of the centrifuge meet with GMP requirement..
