DG05-D Self-Heating Substance/75C Thermal Stability Test Apparatus

Purpose and standards

1.  This apparatus is compatible with both self-heating substances tests and 75°C thermal stability tests .

2.  The self-heating substance test involves placing the substance in a 25mm or 100mm cubic steel wire mesh container and exposing it to air at temperatures of 100°C, 120°C, or 140°C to determine whether the substance undergoes oxidative self-heating. The 75°C thermal stability test is used to assess the thermal stability of substances under high-temperature conditions to determine whether they are too dangerous to transport.

4.  The self-heating substance test apparatus complies with the following standards:

u  GB/T 21612-2008 Dangerous goods - Test method of self heating for flammable solids;

5.  The 75°C thermal stability test apparatus complies with the following standards:

u  GB/T 13464-2008 Thermal analysis test methods for thermal stability of materials;

Functional features

1.  It adopts a split design, separating the intelligent platform from the test unit. The standard configuration is one intelligent platform plus one test unit, which can be flexibly expanded to a maximum of 32 test units;

2.  Adopts PID temperature controller to regulate carbon fiber heating tubes with vertical circulating air supply, ensuring uniform and stable temperature distribution;

3.  The complete physical isolation between the experimental space and the electrical control system, combined with automatic power-off protection in case of temperature overshoot, provides double safety guarantees for experiments;

4.  Automatically injects inert gas upon detecting a reaction in the sample, halting the reaction process;

5.  Equipped with multiple active and passive protective measures, including an electromechanical interlock structure on the front door, explosion-proof glass observation window, and an explosion vent at the back;

6.  The top adopts a left and right sliding door design to ensure that the thermocouple is accurately positioned at the center of the sample, improving the accuracy of the test. The replacement process of the three thermocouples is simplified, making the operation convenient;

7.  Equipped with a red emergency stop button, which can directly cut off the power to protect the safety of testing personnel in case of accident;

8.  Features automated testing process, including automatic recording of raw data, plotting time-temperature curve, and automatic judgment of test results;

9.  Supports one-click export of Excel test reports, including data, results, and analysis reports;

10.  Enables facial recognition and account password login, allowing for the setup of dual-person authentication login and featuring permission levels;

11.  The instrument is equipped with an intelligent platform, a 15.6-inch touch screen, and pre-installed professional operation software, realizing data integration visualization;

Integrated a 4G IoT wireless communication module supporting wireless networking. The intelligent instrument management platform enables real-time data monitoring, viewing of reports and test conclusions, and centralized data storage and management with dual backup of data on both the intelligent platform and the device itself.
