Single extruder machine

Application:

Single screw extruder/Single-screw plastic extruder can be used for extruding thermo-plastics, such as PVC,PP,PE, PP-R, ABS. Combined with the appropiate auxiliary machines (including the die head), it can used to produce many kinds of plastic products, such as film, pipe, board, thread, tape, as well as granule.

Usage & scope of application

Conical twin-screw extruder is a kind of high efficiency mix extruding machine. The features of such extruder are as follows: low shearing speed, material difficult to decompose, mix evenly, stable quality, high capacity, wide application and long service life, etc. If work with proper screw and auxiliaries, it can directly extrude thermoplastic plastics, especially rigid PVC powder into pipe, board, sheet, film or profile, etc. It also can be used for plastic modification and powder granulation.

Machine composition & characteristics

The extruder is fixed with fault protection, overload alarm, screw core constant temperature oil circulation system, barrel oil cooling system, vacuum exhaust pipe and ration feeding device.
There are many kinds of electric control system for selection (for example: PLC auto control system). It is driven by DC motor. Through inverter or DC speed regulator it can achieve stable stepless speed adjustment, high precision and energy saving. Intelligent dual display digital temperature controller is used to improve control precision and temperature fluctuation.
