Rocuronium (Rocuronium Bromide), is an organic compound, chemical formula C32H53BrN2O4, is a skeletal muscle relaxant, which is mainly used clinically for general anesthesia, skeletal muscle relaxation and endotracheal intubation. Rocuronium is a non-depolarized neuromuscular blocker structurally similar to vecuronium and PanKan Langers. Like other non-depolarizing drugs, it competitively binds to cholinergic receptors at the synapses of motor nerve terminals to antagonize the effects of acetylcholine. The depolarized neuromuscular blocker succinylcholine is due to its rapid onset. Routine endotracheal intubation as an adjuvant to general anesthesia and relax skeletal muscles during surgery or mechanical breathing to facilitate surgical operation and improve gas exchange in the body. Suitable for general anesthesia, skeletal muscle relaxation, and endotracheal intubation This product is a class of white to slightly yellow powder, with moisture absorption.

This product is highly soluble in ethanol, highly soluble in water or dichloromethane, almost insoluble in ether, and highly soluble in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.
