How to search a product?
You can search a product by keyword or category browsing.

- Enter a keyword on top of EC21 main page. (https://www.ec21.com/)
Tips for Keyword Search
- Try different keywords. When searching for "hats", search also for "caps".
- Avoid vague words with multiple meanings
- Be specific. Search for "leather jacket" or "women jacket" rather than "jacket".
- Use words that may be in the description of an item you are looking for. "black jacket".
- Check your spelling.

I can't find a product in the search result. What should I do?
If you're not finding what you're searching for, try Advance Search function. The Advanced Search makes you see options for making your searches more precise and getting more useful results.
Does EC21 search buyers or suppliers for me?
No. We are unable to carry out searches on behalf of individual users. However, we do provide a Trade Alerts (by e-mail) that notify users of newly posted offers matching their specifications. The service is available for registered members only.

Does EC21 import, export or trade?
No, EC21 only provides a marketplace for enterprises to meet each other and do the business trades or share business opportunities. EC21 might get involved in some import/export deals on behalf of VIP clients or strategic partners. However, we don't actually import or export for business purpose. Moreover, we don't interfere any trade deals or business transactions between members as well.
