2Send a reply from 'Inbox' in My EC21

• If you have once received an inquiry from your business partner, you can conveniently use our inquiry management system.
• From the message you received, click 'Reply' button to send a reply.

• Please make sure all your contact information is provided and input correctly.
• Please be as specific as possible when sending inquiries.
• Please try to identify yourself as much as you can.
• Please be alert to incoming inquiries to promptly answer them.

Due to the increasing problem of spam on the internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block email from widely used webmail. For such a reason, some email providers automatically block email from @ec21 addresses. Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, you can resend your inquiry to the address on the returned mail using a different email account.

Sorry. To send an inquiry, you will be asked to sign up on the bottom of any 'Send Message' form.
With writing your message and contact info to a supplier or a buyer, you just need to submit an email address for the registration.
After completing the 'send message' form with a quick registration, your inquiry will be sent.
