"My Inquiries" works very similar to your regular e-mail systems. You can send, receive, reply, forward inquiries and perform many different functions as well.

You can also check your received, sent, deleted inquiries from the sub-menus of My Inquiries. Moreover, if you select Inquiry Arrival Notice from e-mail subscribe option, you can receive an Inquiry Notice mail when other users send you an inquiry through EC21.com

• Browse or search a Product.
• Click "Contact Now" button on its search result page. You can also find "Contact Now" button from Product detail page or members' Company Website.
• Write an inquiry and click 'Send'.

* If you want to send later, click 'Save Draft' button which allows you to save and check inquiries in your Draft box.

Yes, you can block unwanted inquiries and the sender(s). In your Inbox or in the 'View Message' page, check the inquiry you don't want to see and click 'Block' to send it to your Block List. You can also block multiple senders at a time.

If you wish to add in your Block List, enter either an e-mail address or member ID in the field and click 'Block' button. If you select 'Country' and select countries to block, ALL inquires coming from the selected countries will be blocked.

You can make a list of your interested EC21 members. In doing so, you can easily manage your potential business partners.

You can add the senders of inquiries to Contact List by two simple ways.

1. From Inbox, click the 'Add to Contact List' button after selecting inquiries.
2. From 'View message' page, click 'Add to Contact List'.

Select 'Inquiry Arrival Notice' option in "e-Mail Preferences", at My EC21 > Company Profile. then you will receive Inquiry Arrival Notice in your personal email account whenever an inquiry arrives in your inbox of EC21.
