To edit or update your Company Profile :

• Go to My EC21> My Accounts > Company Profile. (Login required)
• In the Company Profile form, you can submit Company Name, Business Location, Industry, Business Type, Company Established Year for your company information.

To edit or update your contact information :

• Go to My EC21> My Accounts > Member Profile. (Login required)
• In the Member Profile form, you can submit Job Title, Name, Email, Phone Number, Subscription Preference, etc.

To Change your password, go to My Accounts > Change Password

* Note : You can NOT change your member ID. But if you insist to change, create another new ID instead by re-registering as a free member. And don't forget to tell us the previous ID, so that we can delete.

Trade Alert is an e-mailing service to send buying leads, products, and company profiles of the Product Categories you chose.

How to :

• Check your email address.
• Select frequency how often you want to receive.
• Add your keywords and choose contents type.

By clicking "Add" button on the right side, the process will be completed and you will receive Trade Alerts by email as soon as new content which is matching your preferences is published at EC21.com. Manage Trade Alerts now

Yes, we use Skype messenger system. To talk with your trade partners, you need Skype account and messenger installed in your PC to use the Live Chat feature.

After creating your Skype User Name, submit it in the Live Chat Setting Page.
