'Products' is where suppliers can post their selling products in a form of a web page while buyers can view the 'Product' in search of products for purchase. It is divided into categories based on a product type, and the category is again divided into another two subcategories for more thorough arrangement.

Product Groups help buyers find your products on your EC21.com storefront. Use Product Groups to organize our products and make it easier for buyers to find exactly what they need. If you have several products to post, you can group the products.For example, if you are a manufacturer of scooters and have two models named CT and RT, Group name will be 'Scooter' as Items will be 'Scooter CT' and 'Scooter RT'.In 'Manage Groups', you can create, edit, and remove groups.

Note: Group name(s) will appear in the left menu of your company website when there's a product in the group.

1. 1 Go to My EC21 > My Products > Add a New Product
2. 2 Fill out the fields in the page.
3. Group Name : Select a group name if you've already created. if not, either simply choose "Products" or go to Manage Groups and create new.
4. Product Name : Type a distinct & concise product name. Do not use model numbers or brand names. You can also load information directly from your existing products.

5. Category : Click "Choose" button to select a relevant category. You can simply choose one from 'Frequently used categories'.
6. Keywords : Submitting Keyword(s) which buyers are more likely to search.
7. Image : Upload the product image(s) with its details. It helps buyers understand about your products visually.
8. Video
   1. Upload your Product Video on any of following video hosting sites.: YouTube, Google Video or Yahoo Video
   2. Copy the embed code, and paste it in Add a New Product menu of My EC21.
   3. Check the video you submitted on your EC21 company website.
9. Description : Buyers' main purposes of visiting your website is to find and buy what they need. Therefore, describe your product as detailed as possible.

To edit or delete Products, go to My EC21 > My Products > Manage Products.
To edit or delete Groups, please go to Manage Groups.

If you have different product types, it is recommended that you divide the products into separate group(s).

step 1 : Post a New Group - e.g. air cleaners, air cleaner filters,

step 2 : Add a New Product- e.g. Air Cleaner AC-010, filter EC-21

Inspection process

Once you post or edit your Products, EC21 staff will go through reviewing process to ensure the better quality of its content. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be searchable on EC21.com

In order for your Products to be approved :

- Email address should be removed.

- Subject should be written in English.

- Don't use special characters that are not adequate to standard text format.

- Need to provide enough information.

- Image should not be broken.

Posted products will be shown as follows in status section :

1. 'Pending' if currently being reviewed. Not searchable.

2. 'Denied' if reviewed and denied by EC21. Not Searchable.

3. 'Approved' if approved. Searchable by a corresponding keyword or in a relevant category in EC21.
